Do ANY of these apply to you?
You wake up exhausted, no matter how much you rest — and wonder if you’ll ever get better.
You’ve been dismissed, misunderstood, or told there’s nothing wrong with you by medical professionals — yet your body isn’t working as it should.
You’re ready to recover, but don’t know what to do next.
You’ve tried everything, only to feel you’re getting nowhere — or worse, going backwards.
You’re fed up, frustrated, or sad that life is passing you by, and doubt you’ll ever enjoy life fully again.
You’re eager to get better but afraid to let yourself believe recovery is really possible.
I understand more than most. I battled chronic fatigue for over ten years — dismissed early on by a GP who told me “we don’t know why so many women get tired” and sent me on my way. It took years of getting worse and trying lots of interventions before I eventually made a sudden, unexpected recovery. Now I realise much of what I’d been doing was laying the foundations, but I had been missing a couple of key recovery ingredients. Things which are only now becoming recognised as critical components of CFS recovery.
That desperate, life-limiting experience changed everything for me, and it’s what drives my passion for helping others recover, too. That’s why I now share my knowledge and use the very tools I used to help others to recover.
How can I help?
As a coach and a wellbeing specialist, rather than a medical professional, I can’t diagnose or prescribe treatments. However, I can guide you on your journey and enable you to:
-
Develop a recovery mindset — shifting from fear and frustration to acceptance, hope, and possibility.
-
Become knowledgeable about your illness and scope for recovery — so you can be an effective advocate for your recovery, make informed choices about treatments and lifestyle changes, and have better conversations with your medical team.
-
Build emotional resilience — so setbacks feel less devastating and progress is more sustainable.
-
Calm your nervous system — using evidence-based techniques to reduce the stress that often perpetuates symptoms.
-
Let go of neuroplastic symptoms — working with the mind-body connection to release the patterns that are keeping you ill.
How does it work?
To make sure I understand your situation fully, you’ll start by completing a short questionnaire — so our sessions are tailored to exactly where you are right now. From there, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you, using a combination of EFT (tapping), coaching, and NLP. I’ll also share information on the illness and recovery, plus recommended resources to support you on your journey, as required.
This isn’t about pushing through. It’s about working with your body, rebuilding trust in it, and finding your way back to a life you love.
Pricing options: 1-hour online session (via Zoom) for £75, or a package of three sessions for £195.
