In the same way, you’re likely to have changed how you feel about a haircut you had when you were younger, you can change how you feel at any moment (other than in the depths of grief, shock, or when suffering from extreme mental illness or brain injury).
The purpose of these transformational Feel Good Sessions is to help you feel better and learn tools you can use to take control of your emotions going forward–so you can cope better when life throws you a curveball.

The content and format of these sessions are tailored to your personal needs, preferences, and desired outcomes. Typically I use a range of transformational tools including coaching, NLP, visualisation, hypnotherapy, EFT (tapping), and meditation. Together we’ll decide which blend of interventions would be best to help you overcome whatever you’re challenged with right now. See below for further information.
I’m a great believer in equipping people with techniques they need to cope better with life’s challenges and so I will encourage you to practice using different techniques between sessions.
There are a couple of different options depending upon the level of support you’re looking for:
For you, if you have ONE particular issue you want to overcome or you want to start with a one-off session before committing to further sessions. However, please note most emotional issues can take 3-6 sessions to resolve.
The most cost-effective way to overcome emotional triggers and mindset blocks, and develop new habits. The first session we have together will be 90-minutes, with subsequent sessions of 1-hour.
