About Phil

Phil is the Chief Executive Officer + Co-Founder of Public Inc, a social impact agency based in Toronto. He was born and raised in the icy tundra of Winnipeg, which he left in his mid-twenties to travel the world. He then went on to get a Masters in International Relations. He has worked in parliament, a think tank, a youth research firm and a social marketing agency, before starting his own company. He loves his family (his kids make me smile everyday), cottage vacations, hiking the Himalayas, U2, politics and the Raptors.
